I never would have guessed that these pieces were so old - they look like they were made yesterday, so soft and gorgeous! I was about to say these amazing techniques seem to be sadly lost, but it’s exciting to see a modern brand reproducing historical pieces. That’s an awesome job to have!
Some of these pieces look incredibly modern and beautifully preserved! And there are several brands out there that have dedicated themselves to reviving ancient styles — it’s a fantastic job :)
lovely.... I just found a small Byzantine travel icon among the objects I bought in Moscow decades ago - still has some of the enamel.
